BEST Employment Ltd. (BEST) is a community based, not for profit company limited by guarantee.

BEST provides contracted services on behalf of the Australian Government.

Job Services Australia (JSA); This new service will increase employment participation, play a greater role in addressing skills in demand and help individual job seekers particularly disadvantaged job seekers, find sustainable employment.
Job Services Australia also represents a new focus on the needs of employers, with a greater emphasis on helping employers find work-ready job seekers.

Disability Employment Services (DES); provide specialised employment help for people with a disability, injury or illness.

Community Support Service (CSS); This service provides support Indigenous community members and their families by providing links and referrals to a range of mainstream and Indigenous services which may include welfare and social support, family violence, health (including drug and alcohol services), housing, child care and legal.
The role will also entail the development and fostering of relationships with other service providers through promoting access and pathways to their services.

BEST exists to provide quality assistance to unemployed, impoverished and otherwise disadvantaged service users so that they may obtain relevant work experience and training or a meaningful and sustainable employment outcome. BEST provides services throughout the New England and Northwest regions of New South Wales.
